Happy Birthday - Turning 46

Last week I turned 46! Yikes - where has the time gone - LOL! I was in Dublin on vacation with a friend for my birthday. I went to do the Dublin Half-Marathon (more on that in a later entry). On my birthday I went for a 5 mile run in the morning. It struck me how absolutely amazing it was that I was running 5 miles on my birthday and I was thrilled to be able to do it! Three years ago I don't think I would have been able to walk 5 miles. I continued to be amazed by how life changing the gastric bypass surgery was for me!
